• Retail Vehicles (Green) – Fully prepared for sale and supplied with warranty.
• Trade Vehicles (Amber & Red) – Sold through our Dutch auction system, strictly on trade terms, and sold as seen.
Each vehicle advert and every vehicle on site clearly displays a colour-coded sticker, allowing you to instantly identify its preparation level, condition, and sale terms before you buy.

The Dutch Auction – How It Works
A Dutch auction starts with a fixed price that gradually reduces in set increments until a buyer accepts it. For example, a vehicle may start at £6,000. If no buyer accepts, the price will reduce until someone chooses to purchase — for instance, at £5,000. The first buyer to accept the price secures the vehicle.
This approach gives buyers flexibility and control — you can wait for the price to drop or act quickly before someone else does. It’s a transparent, competitive, and fair way to buy and sell vehicles.

Our Colour-Coded Vehicle System
At Infinite Vehicle Sales Ltd, our vehicles are categorised using a colour-coded system both online and on site:
Green Vehicles – Retail Prepared
• Fully prepared to our retail standards.
• Supplied with a minimum 3-month warranty (extendable up to 3 years).
• Finance available (subject to status).
Amber Vehicles – Trade / Value Stock
• Not prepared for retail sale.
• Typically over 10 years old or higher mileage.
• Sold as seen, unwarranted, and without finance.
• Optional 12-month warranty available from £295.
• Sold under Dutch auction trade terms.
Red Vehicles – Trade / Clearance Stock
• Unsuitable for retail sale, including non-runners, MOT failures, project cars, or vehicles for parts or scrap.
• Sold as seen, with no warranty or finance available.
• Must be recovered from site and not driven away.
• Sold under Dutch auction trade terms.

Important Information for Trade Purchases
• All Amber and Red vehicles are sold as seen, strictly on trade terms and conditions.
• No warranty, guarantee, or implied terms of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose apply.
• Vehicles must be physically viewed (by the buyer or their representative) before payment is accepted.
• Buyers are strongly encouraged to carry out full inspections. If unsure, bring a mechanic or knowledgeable friend/family member.
• There is no time limit on inspections, but valid ID is required for anyone inspecting a vehicle.
• Our buyer’s fee is only £9 per vehicle.
• Vehicles can be viewed during opening hours by appointment, and all purchases must be completed within these hours.
• No deposits or holding fees are accepted under any circumstances.
• In the event of multiple interested buyers, the sale will be offered to the highest paying buyer.
• Infinite Vehicle Sales Ltd does not guarantee vehicle mileage. An odometer reading will be recorded at the time of sale, but buyers must perform their own mileage and history checks.

Legal Notice
In accordance with UK trading standards and auction law:
• All vehicles carrying a trade sticker (Amber or Red) are sold as seen, on trade terms only.
• The sales invoice will clearly outline these terms at the point of purchase.
• Every buyer is required to read and sign a Trade Sale Invoice & Terms and Conditions before completion of any trade sale.
• Implied terms such as satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose do not apply to Dutch auction or trade transactions.
• Under Chapter 2 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, buyers of second-hand goods at public or trade auctions who have had the opportunity to inspect the goods are not classed as consumers.
• Therefore, purchases made through Infinite Vehicle Sales Ltd under Dutch auction trade terms do not fall under standard consumer rights protections..
• All sales are final.
