Some Amber vehicles may include a complimentary third-party warranty as a promotional offer. This warranty is independent from Infinite Vehicle Sales Ltd and is provided solely by an external warranty company.

• Amber vehicles remain sold as seen under trade Dutch auction terms, and may be roadworthy or unroadworthy.
• The complimentary warranty is not supplied, administered, or guaranteed by Infinite Vehicle Sales Ltd.
• The inclusion of a complimentary warranty does not alter the trade sale classification, nor does it provide any consumer rights usually associated with retail purchases.
• All warranty claims, enquiries, decisions and assessments must be made directly with the warranty provider using the contact details supplied at handover.
• Infinite Vehicle Sales Ltd has no involvement or influence in the claims process and accepts no liability for claim outcomes, coverage decisions, delays, or refusals.
• Buyers must comply fully with the warranty provider’s conditions, including servicing schedules, claim procedures, and vehicle eligibility requirements.
• The warranty is an optional promotional benefit, and not part of the vehicle sale itself.
