TRADE TERMS & CONDITIONS – DUTCH AUCTION VEHICLES
These terms apply to all Amber and Red vehicles sold by Infinite Vehicle Sales Ltd.
1. Trade Sale Classification
• Amber and Red vehicles are sold strictly on trade terms.
• Sold as seen, with no warranty from Infinite Vehicle Sales Ltd.
• No implied terms of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose apply.
2. Inspection Requirement
• Buyers must physically inspect the vehicle prior to purchase or sign a non-inspection waiver.
• Buyers may bring a mechanic or knowledgeable friend.
• There is no time limit on inspections (within opening hours).
3. Legal Status (Consumer Rights Act)
• Under Section 2 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, buyers of second-hand goods at public or trade auctions with inspection opportunity are not consumers.
• Consumer statutory rights do not apply.
• All sales are final once the vehicle leaves the premises.
4. Mileage & History
• Mileage is not guaranteed.
• An odometer reading is recorded at sale.
• Buyers must conduct their own mileage/background checks.
5. Returns
• No refunds or returns accepted after the vehicle leaves the site.
• In exceptional cases where a return is accepted at our discretion, return fees will apply.
